Cooking for Braces: Big Pot of Soft Foods

However, you can still eat healthy by softening nutritious vegetables with a variety of ingredients in a large pot style meal.
This style of cooking can incorporate your favorite foods. Here, I will be using the follow ingredients:
- Baby carrots (several large handfuls)
- Skinless chicken drumsticks (3)
- Whole kernel sweet corn (1 can, no salt added)
- Russet potatoes (5)
- Broccoli heads (few handfuls)
- Yellow squash (1)
- Rotini pasta
- Liquid egg whites (16oz)
